Dog Training
Training is an extremely important part of providing a happy and healthy life
for your dog. Marty's Canine Club offers training services taught by highly
experienced Certified Pet Dog Trainers CPDT. We use positive reinforcement
training as our method. Positive reinforcement training has been found to
be highly effective, even in extremely difficult animals. Marty's Canine Club
offers beginner and advanced obedience classes. Classes last for one hour
and are held Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6:45. Bordetella,
Distemper and Rabies vaccines must be current. Please fill out an
application and mail back with vaccine paperwork and payment made out to
Marty's Canine Club. Cash and credit cards also accepted.
Beginner Obedience- $135 for 6 weeks
This class is for the inexperienced dog or pup. No dog is too young or too
old for this class. We will cover, sit, stay, down, come, polite leash walking
and basic attention techniques.
Advanced Obedience- $135 for 6 weeks
This class is for dogs who have completed beginner level obedience. Dogs
must have knowledge of basic commands. Put your dog's knowledge and
skills to the test. Practice commands in various distracting situations.
